FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out dacryoscintigaphy examination comprising radiopharmaceutical composition aqueous solution instillation into conjunctival cavity, visual and quantitative analysis of dacryoscintigam. The quantitative analysis is independently carried out for conjunctival cavity, superior lacrimal canaliculus, inferior lacrimal canaliculus, lacrimal sack and nasolacrimal canal. Patency of each of the segments is calculated from formula A=(B/C)*100(%), where B is the gamma-quantum impulse number on dacryoscintigam area under study, C is the gamma-quantum impulse number for lacrimal apparatus as a whole. Patency of segment under study is considered to be normal if patency value is equal to 3.5±0.3 for conjunctival cavity, 2.3±0.3 for superior lacrimal canaliculus, 3.6±0.4 for inferior lacrimal canaliculus, 58.8±0.8 for lacrimal sack and 31.5±0.4 for nasolacrimal canal. A value deviating from a normal value, corresponding segment patency disturbance conclusions are to be drawn.
EFFECT: high evaluation accuracy.
