FIELD: medicine, surgery.
SUBSTANCE: one should suture countermesenteric edge with two sutures, with the same ligatures one should suture jejunum ansa to median diaphragmatic pedicle by capturing esophageal wall into suture without its through damage. Two-three interrupted sutures should be applied between countermesenteric edge and posterior esophageal semicircumference followed by cross-sectional dissection at mesenteric edge to form anastomosis. Two semipurse-string sutures area applies, moreover, one suture captures countermesenteric edges of adducting and abducting ansa, another suture - anterior wall of adducting ansa, mesentery and abducting ansa, the line of this suture comes distally against anastomosis area. Between semipurse-string sutures one should apply 2-3 sero-serous interrupted sutures. The method enables to reliably peritonize the area of esophagojejunoanastomosis and strengthen its anterior wall without tension.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of operation.
