FIELD: medicine, transplantology.
SUBSTANCE: invention claims neuro-derivative line of human embryo wherein cells SVG are transfected with plasmid phTN/Neo. Indicated cellular line is able for transfection of nucleic acid sequence that encodes tyrosine hydroxylase and able for producing and secretion of dopamine. Invention claims also transplantable composition comprising cells from cellular line that are incapsulated using membrane made of alginate gel that is impermeable for antibodies. Invention provides preparing material used in transplantology that no causing adverse effects.
EFFECT: valuable biological and medicinal properties of cellular lines.
