FIELD: chemistry, biochemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology. The differentiated cellular population in culture in vitro is described designed for treatment of neurodegenerative frustrations. The said population is produced by differentiation of pluripotential primate founder cells and selection of nestine-positive cells and NCAM-positive cells by cultivating the cells in the presence of TGF-β3 or interleukin-1β or both, and N-acetylcysteinum where at least 60% of the differentiated cells are dofaminergic neurons. Or where 85% or more cells represent selected population of nestine-positive cells and 80% or more cells are an enriched population, which express NCAM, and 60% or more differentiated cells express tyrosine hydroxylaze. The method of producing the aforesaid differentiated cellular population is described. The methods of producing dofaminergic neurons and serothonergic neurons are proposed. Also, the method of treatment of patients with neurodegenerative frustration and neuralgic diseases is proposed.

EFFECT: production of neuronic cells-progenitrixes and completely differentiated cells in major quantities that allows their use for cellular-replaceable therapy at neuralgic frustrations, eg Parkinsonis desease.
