FIELD: heavy-duty crane structures.
SUBSTANCE: proposed crane-rafter beam has upper and lower belts made of tubes. Said belt tubes are connected to each other by rolled H-section whose webs are connected with tube walls by bolts. Tables to support arch rails are connected with lower belt tube over entire length. Said rails are made asymmetrical, with central head in arch lock and non-equal legs changing into foot. Tube of lower belt is made for connecting with feet of said rails following its surface and arranging the rails symmetrically relative to vertical axis. Each belt is provided with vertical tie-rods-adjusters.
EFFECT: increased service life and improved repairability of beam.
