SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compounds of the general formula (I):

wherein R1 means hydrogen atom, radical CH3 or radical (CH2)OH; R2 means radical (CH2)OH; X-Y means a bond or ; Z means a cycle taken among cycles of the following formulas:

or; R3 means alkyl chain with 4-8 carbon atoms substituted with one or some hydroxyl groups and, except for, substituted with one or some lower alkyl groups, and/or substituted with one or some halogen atom, and/or substituted with one or some groups CF3, and/or wherein one or some simple bonds in chain can be replaced for one or some double bonds being R in cycle is in para- or meta-position with regards to the bond X-Y; and also to optical and geometrical isomers of above indicated compound of the formula (I). Invention relates also to pharmaceutical and cosmetic compositions. Invention provides preparing structural analogues of vitamin D that elicit selective activity with regards of cellular proliferation and cellular differentiation being without manifestation of hypercalcienic effect and these compounds can be synthesized easily.

EFFECT: improved preparing method, valuable medicinal properties of compounds.
