SUBSTANCE: module has n and p semiconductor branches measuring about 1 mm, each being made in the form of straight hexagonal prism which makes it possible to use robots in module manufacture and to reduce its manufacturing cost by more than 20%. Branches are interconnected by means of switching metal buses to form electric circuit. It is good practice to provide module with insulating boards made of high-heat-conductance material and with case made of electric- and heat-insulating materials in the form of grid with through cells receiving mentioned branches.
EFFECT: reduced cost and facilitated manufacture of module.
