METHOD OF PREDICTING PROFESSIONAL ADEQUACY OF OPERATOR WORKING UNDER A HIGH EMOTIONAL STRESS CONDITIONS Russian patent published in 2004 - IPC

Abstract RU 2234850 C2

FIELD: labor hygiene.

SUBSTANCE: estimation of vegetative shifts is fulfilled from the change of static characteristics of cardiac rate caused by organism- perturbing events. In the course of professional activity including a high level of emotional stress, enzymatic activity of catechol metabolism is evaluated and individual achievement of activity object is likewise estimated. At a high and a middle catechol metabolism levels, presence of vegetative shifts, and successful achievement of activity object predict reliability of operator under a high emotional stress conditions. At a low catechol metabolism level, presence of vegetative shifts, and unsuccessful activity of operator, insufficient professional training of operator is stated.

EFFECT: increased prediction reliability.
