SUBSTANCE: method involves making patient examination in sitting position. Three X-ray pictures are taken on single X-ray film of the rectum with coccyx and pubic symphysis shown in rest state, with straining effort and with voluntary muscle contraction of anal sphincter complex.
EFFECT: increased volume of data obtained; reduced radiological load applied to patient and medical personnel.
