During independent evacuation one should detect the duration of defecation, the period of evacuation of 50% of suspension volume, residual volume of suspension, time of defecation retention, the quantity of defecation moments, maximal volumetric rate of rectal evacuation, average volumetric rate of rectal evacuation, time before the moment of achieved maximal volumetric rate of the flow, the volume of suspension evacuate before the moment of achieved maximal volumetric rate of the flow. The innovation is simple, safe, it enables to specify the diagnosis, prescribe adequate therapy and observe the patient's state in the course of therapy conducted and, also, carry out screening trials.
