FIELD: railway transport; permanent way.
SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for fastening rail to tie, mainly, to reinforced concrete ties. Proposed device has anchor unit with head secured in tie, limited in upper projecting part of head by preset profile surface and provided with side channels for fixing ends of flexible clamp. Clamp is in contact through insulator with rail foot. Surface of projecting upper part of head is made in form of two adjacent planes with different angles of tilting relative to horizontal plane. Plane close to rail foot is made downward, and adjacent plane is made upward. Angle of tilting of adjacent planes relative to horizontal plane is form 1 to 10o. Flexible clamp is made in form of arc with ends bent to middle.
EFFECT: increased area of contact of spring clamp and rail foot, reduced specific pressure on rail foot, increased service life of device and facilitated mounting and removing of rail-to-tie fastenings.
