FIELD: medicine, ophthalmology.

SUBSTANCE: trocar is applied to puncture in area of alveolar processes of 3, 4 teeth out of mouth vestibule to insert through it an endoscope's optic part followed by visualization of maxillary sinus. Moreover, before introducing an endoscope one should apply inert optically transparent hydrogel into the cavity of maxillary sinus at refraction index ranged 1.336 -1.4 and fluidity correspondent to water content ranged 92 - 98 weight% at the quantity of 6-15 ml, which should be removed after diagnostics is over. Biologically inert optically transparent hydrogel should be introduced through a conductor in trocar-made puncture. In case of availability of pathological content or volumetric neoplasm in the sinus one should introduce biologically inert optically transparent hydrogel under visual control through additional puncture near the main one. The method enables to maximum improve accuracy of diagnostics both in complicated and uncomplicated situations at possibility for simultaneous manipulations due to improving visualization at application of hydrogel suggested.
