SUBSTANCE: device has plate feeding means comprising hopper with guiding spout and rotary plate arranged under hopper. Plate is rotated by electric motor and gear transmission. Device has runners having stationary perforated bowl and rollers connected to vertical axis of their rotation relative bowl bottom. Outlet wheel of gear transmission is fixedly connected by central plane with central plane of the plate. Outlet wheel is rigidly mounted on vertical axis or roller rotation through axial orifice.
EFFECT: possibility of treating small quantities of raw material; reduced time of hardening mixture activation.
