FIELD: ferrous and nonferrous metallurgy; shop cranes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to crane structures of shops with intensive operation such as ferrous and nonferrous metallurgy shops, especially on subsiding grounds. Proposed unit contains crane rail connected by studs with crane beams, each provided with support ribs. End faces of crane beams and ribs are milled. Column is placed between end faces of beams, whose flanges are also milled, to provide tight contact between end faces of beams, support ribs and column. Lower belt of crane beam rest on adjusting plate placed between crane beam and safety table. Faces of plate and safety table in contact with each other are milled and safety table in contact with each other are milled and provided with equal slope. Table is welded to column. Column is provided with ribs in zone of contact of beam lower belt, and it has support plate of head. Support ribs of crane beams are connected by studs passing through column flanges from outside. Clearance equal to 0.5-1.0 of rail section height is formed between rail foot and plate. Gasket equal in thickness to upper flange of crane beam is placed in clearance. Connecting cover plates are located below the gasket. Said cover plates and rail are connected to each other and to crane beam by studs to form integral unit. Such connection precludes shifts and provides transformation of split crane beam into solid one. Pair of straightening wedges is arranged below connecting cover plates. Surfaces of straightening wedges are in tight contact with each other and with plate of column head. Straightening wedges are interconnected by adjusting studs.
EFFECT: increased service life and improved repairability of connection.
