FIELD: shop transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rail-beam structures for heavy-duty cranes operating at number of loading cycles exceeding 20 millions during entire service life. Proposed structure contains crane beam whose upper belt is made of rolled cross section. Two bull-headed rails are arranged on rolled cross section. Brake beam adjoins symmetrically main beam. Neck of each bull-heated rail curved to arc of circle and is arranged in chute-like member made on vertical member of cross upper belt. Bull-headed rails are in contact through side surfaces of some heads to form central head resting on vertical member of upper belt.
EFFECT: increased service life improved repairability of rail-beam structure, reduced metal usage.
