FIELD: transport structures. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to reconstruction and construction of crane runway structures designed for heavy duty operation. Proposed structure has crane runway beam, triple-head rail and brake beam with channel profile in zone of connection with crane runway beam. Upper part of crane runway beam is of rolled cross-shaped section with vertical member intersecting at right angle with horizontal chute-shaped member. The latter is provided with horizontal sections from left and right sides connected with triple-head rail by hollow rivets with fitted-in cores to form common unit. Upper end face of vertical member is in contact with foot of triple-head rail. Lower end face is connected with wall of beam provided with flanged upper edge forming longitudinal rib. Channel section is arranged between corresponding horizontal section of chute- shaped member and longitudinal rib connected with brake beam into common unit by means of hollow rivets with fitted-in cores. EFFECT: increased service life and improved repairability of crane runway structure, reduced labor input at manufacture and in service. 2 dwg
