FIELD: mechanical engineering; engine-generators.
SUBSTANCE: proposed engine has housing, two engine rotors and two electric motor-generator rotors. According to invention, one engine rotor is connected with generator rotor, and other engine rotor is connected with other generator rotor. Stator of motor-generators are connected with housing of rotary-vane internal combustion engine. Rotor position relative to housing pickups and electric motor-generators control system to change them for operation as motors or generators are provided. Stops preventing movement of each vane, occupying position of rear wall of combustion chamber during working stroke of engine, are installed.
EFFECT: increased service life of engine.
