FIELD: mechanical engineering; engine-generators.
SUBSTANCE: proposed engine has housing, two engine rotors and two rotors of electric motor-generator. According to invention, one engine rotor is connected with generator rotor, and other engine rotor is connected with other rotor of generator. Stators of electric motors-generators are connected with housing of rotary vane engines. Rotor position relative-to-housing pickups are provided and also electric motor-generator control system changing them for operation as motors or generators. Stopping devices are provided preventing each vane occupying position of rear wall of combustion chamber during working stroke of engine from moving in reverse side. Part of rotor of electric motor-generator is secured on engine rotor immovably, and other part is connected through device permitting movement of rotor of electric generators when engine rotor is stopped. Overrunning clutch or ratchet gear can be used for this purpose.
EFFECT: increased service life of engine.
