FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves determining total organism energy release intensity by adding energy release intensity lost on basal metabolism to energy cost on heart beat rate increment per 1 stroke/min relative to rest state level multiplied by heart beat rate increment. The energy cost of heart beat rate increment per 1 stroke/min relative to rest state level is equal to 1.72±0.06 W/m2 for men and 1.43±0.01 W/m2 for women. Total muscle work energy release intensity is subtracted from the resulting total organism energy release intensity. The resulting energy consumption difference is compared to normalized intensity and regulated intensity above the basal metabolism level taking into account the actually working muscle mass.
EFFECT: high accuracy of evaluation method.
