FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preventive medicine and can be used in determining the value of entropy in the body when studying the effect of the environment on a person. Number of heart contractions (NHC), oxygen content in the alveolar air of the lungs, systolic (SBP) and diastolic (DBP) blood pressure, average normalized blood pressure, actual and rated pressure of atmosphere are taken into account. Body temperature of the person being tested is measured and the pressure of saturated water vapor in the lungs is determined from it; pressure of the saturated water vapor in the air medium of the person being tested is measured. Additionally, a left ventricular myocardial mass index LVMMI is measured, and a normal value of LVMMI is taken into account, which is equal to 115 g/m2 in males and 95 g/m2 in females. Values of NHC, SBP and DBP are measured in a standing posture after performing a gravitational load, consisting in active movement of his/her body from a supine position, performed for 5 minutes in a state of muscular rest, in a standing position. And based on the obtained values, the entropy value (α) is calculated by the given formula.

EFFECT: method enables to prevent harmful effects of production factors on the human body by increasing the information content of the study of the effect of the environment by assessing the set of the most significant indicators.
