SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pharmaceutical compositions for oral administration in mammals that comprise taxane or taxane derivative (for example, paclitaxel or docetaxel) as an active component and carrying an agent comprising at least 30% of vehicle by mass for taxane wherein indicated vehicle has value HLB at least about 10. Composition can comprise also up to 0-70% of co-solvent reducing viscosity index. Compositions can be components of usual oral pharmaceutical dosed formulations or to exist in the form of bicomponent medicinal agent wherein the first part represents taxane in solubilizing carrying agent and the second part represents a vehicle for taxane in order to promote to oral absorption. Also, invention describes methods for treatment of pathological states that sensitive to taxanes effect and comprising new compositions wherein compositions can be administrated alone or in combination with oral agent enhancing bioavailability. Composition provides the enhanced bioavailability of taxanes and therapeutic level of blood taxanes content.
