FIELD: medical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device has base having through holes. Hollow cylinders are mounted in the base, their bases internal diameters matches external diameter of draining tubes. Ring-shaped projections are available in the lower one-third of external surface of the cylinders as a whole with them. The projections are used for fixing the cylinders between the base on one side and the like plate on the opposite side. The cylinders are rotatable about their axes and have openings for fixing the draining tubes. The base and plate similar to the base are attachable to each other.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; improved draining conditions in suppurating necrotic area; avoided additional surgical interventions.
