SUBSTANCE: vodka comprises the following components per 1000 dal of ready product: oat flakes an aqueous-alcoholic infusion of 1-st blend, 3.0-3.4 l; citric acid, 0.25-0.35 kg; natural honey, 3.8-4.2 kg; sodium hydrocarbonate, 0.35-0.45 kg; an aqueous-alcoholic liquid, the balance, to provide the strength 40%. Proposed invention provides preparing vodka with improved organoleptic indices: the presence of pleasant, light, bird cherry tints in taste and aroma of vodka.
EFFECT: valuable properties of vodka.
