FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing a mixture (an aqueous-spirituous solution) by mixing rectified ethyl alcohol and drinking purified water to obtain vodka with strength 40%. Sodium hydrocarbonate is dissolved in 2 l of softened water and added into mixing tank in the process of mixing alcohol with water. Prepared mixture is stirred thoroughly and after control of its strength is pumped over into supply tank and then sent on carbon-purifying battery. The rate of mixture filtration is up to 40 dal/h for fresh activated carbon and up to 30 dal/h for regenerated carbon. Filtered off vodka is fed into finishing tank. Oat flakes taken in the amount 1.2 kg is poured preliminary with 12 l of an aqueous-spirituous liquid with the strength 45%, infused for 5 days at periodic stirring for 20-30 min, 2 times per a labor shift. Then the first blend infusion is poured off and filtered off thoroughly. Glycerol, mineral complex "GS", oat flakes an aqueous-spirituous infusion of the first blend, refined granulated sugar as an aqueous solution or sugar syrup with concentration 65.8% are added into finishing tank successively at constant stirring. After addition of all components the content of finishing tank is stirred thoroughly and the strength of mixture is checked. In deviation from standard vodka is corrected by addition of alcohol or water followed by stirring and strength checking. Ready vodka is fed for bottling with obligatory control filtration. Components of vodka are used in the following ratio, per 1 000 dal of ready product: glycerol, 0.4-0.8 kg; sodium hydrocarbonate, 0.08-0.25 kg; refined granulated sugar, 16-20 kg; oat flakes an aqueous-spirituous infusion of the first blend, 6-10 l; mineral complex "GS", 0.3-0.7 l; rectified ethyl alcohol "Luks" and drinking purified water, the balance, to obtain the strength 40%. Proposed method provides preparing vodka with enhanced organoleptic indices for shorter time. Vodka elicits low toxic effect on human body. Using glycerol and alcohol "Luks" provides softening and improvement of taste qualities of ready product. Mineral complex activates biologically active properties of oat flakes infusion, sugar stabilizes their and provides the prolonged retention in ready product that exceeds properties of separately taken components significantly with respect to reducing toxic effect of alcohol on human body and elicits this property for all time storage of vodka.
