SUBSTANCE: vodka comprises components in the following ratio per 1000 dal: oat flakes infusion of 1-st blend, 3.3-3.7 l; glucose syrup "Glusideks" of firm "Rokett Frer", France, 9.7-10.3 kg; carbohydrate modulus "Alkosoft" with lysozyme "Lael", 1.8-2.2 kg; Jerusalem artichoke dry extract "Relikt", 0.045-0.055 kg; an aqueous-alcoholic liquid, the balance, to provide the strength 40%. Proposed invention provides to vodka high organoleptic indices: pleasant hop bitter in after taste and hop ting in aroma.
EFFECT: valuable properties of vodka.
