The proposed vodka provides enhancing the content of biologically active substances and vitamins by 3.5%, to reduce toxicity by 30%, to reduce caloricity by 2% and to expand assortment of vodkas conferring to vodka barely detectable freshness aroma on the background of vodka aroma and barely detectable after taste of bitter almond also. The tasting score is 9.78.
