FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry.
SUBSTANCE: vodka contains the following components per 1000 dal of ready product: sodium hydrocarbonate, 0.2-0.3 kg; lactic acid, 0.2-0.4 kg; sugar syrup with the concentration 65.8%, 18.0-19.0 l; sesame seeds alcoholized infusion of the first decantation, 4.5-5.5 l; leaved-wood betony (hedge nettle, wound-wort) extract, 0.005-0.006 l, and rectified ethyl alcohol "Luks" and purified drinking water, the balance, to provide the strength value 40%. Proposed invention provides enhancing organoleptic indices of the ready product due to the reducing content of methyl alcohol, providing clearness of vodka for all period of its storage and conferring barely detecting tint of freshness in aroma.
EFFECT: improved, enhanced and valuable quality and properties of vodka.
