FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry.
SUBSTANCE: special vodka comprises the following ratio of components per 1000 dal: lemon fruits aroma alcohol, 14.5-15.5 l; lemon essential oil 1:100, 0.9-1.1 l; carbohydrate modulus "Yantalak GF", 4.7-5.3 kg; 65.8%-th sugar syrup, 11.0-12.0 l; an aqueous-alcoholic liquid, the balance, to provide the strength 40%. Proposed invention provides preparing vodka with improved organoleptic properties: taste with lemon tint and strawberry after taste, aroma with lemon and strawberry tints.
EFFECT: valuable properties of vodka.
