FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves determining percentage of the following fatty acids FA like palmitic acid, palmitoleic acid, oleic acid, stearic acid, linoleic acid, eicosanic acid, eicosotrienic acid, arachidonic acid, eicosopentanic acid and docosohexaenic acid. Saturated fatty acids content sums, poly-unsaturated fatty acids content UFAC sums and saturation coefficients (Saturated FA/UFAC as K1 coefficient, omega-3 FA sums to omega-6 FA sums ratio, eicosopentanic acid content and eicosopentanic acid ratio to arachidonic acid, K3 as sum of oleic and arachidonic acid content are calculated. Lethal outcome risk factor is calculated from formula RF=0.739 - 1.173*K1 - 0.077 * K2 + 0.116 * K3 + 1.002 * K4 +0.245 * K5 - 0.347 * K6 - 0.022 * K7 + 0.012 * K8 + 0.443 * K9 - 0.037 * K10, where K2 is the relative palmitic acid content, K4 is the ratio of saturated FA to unsaturated FA content, K5 is the eicosotrienic acid to arachidonic acid ratio, K6 is the relative palmitoleic acid content, K7 is the eicosopentanic acid to arachidonic acid ratio, K8 is the ratio of total FA content to poly-unsaturated fatty acids content, K9 is the relative content of docosohexaenic acid and K10 is the relative content of stearic acid. RF > 1.5, lethal outcome risk is evaluated as unfavorable.
EFFECT: high accuracy of diagnosis.
