SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology and the food industry. The method for obtaining alcohol extract from the oyster C. gigas involves the preparation of raw materials from marine hydrobionts and processing of raw materials with 96% ethyl alcohol, while the meat of substandard oyster C. gigas is used as raw materials. Processing of oyster meat is carried out in a ratio of 1.1:1 (raw materials: ethyl alcohol) by weight. The mixture is maintained for one month in the dark at a temperature of 5-7°C, after which the alcohol extract is separated.

EFFECT: ethyl alcohol is saturated with stearidonic (18:4ω3), arachidonic (C20:4ω6), eicosopentaenoic (C20:5ω3), docosahexaenoic (C22:6ω3) and other PUFAs, as well as fluorine, aluminum, bromine, potassium, nickel, molybdenum and iodine, which are preserved in the alcohol extract for a long time.
