SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out clinical trials in high risk group of children. Vertebral column is studied by taking excretory urography pictures using 30x40 X-ray film cassette. Dysplasia signs in vertebral column development, height, shape and structure changes in vertebrae, reduced intervertebral disks height, Schmorl hernia, subchondral sclerosis, peripheral vertebral bodies excrescence, spondylosis signs, Kimerley anomaly, increased lateral masses of the seventh cervical vertebra (cervical ribs), spina bifida posterior, tropism anomalies, scoliosis of degree I-II being observed, oxalate nephropathy diagnosis is set.
EFFECT: high accuracy of early stage diagnosis method.
