SUBSTANCE: method involves measuring immunoglobulin IgA and T-lymphocyte absolute value with their dynamic analysis being carried out. The study is carried out immediately after injury taking the results as initial values and 10 days later after the injury. The data are compared. When finding out the initial values of immunoglobulin IgA to be higher than 2.0 g/l and T-lymphocyte value below 1.400 cells/mcl with the values remaining unchanged at the tenth day, false articulation development is to be predicted.
EFFECT: high accuracy of early stage diagnosis.
