FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to clinical laboratory diagnostics, and can be used in traumatology and orthopedics. Method includes laboratory test of patient's blood before operation with determination of number of lymphocytes. If value of lymphocyte number is 2.4×109/l and higher, delayed formation of bone block in spinal motor segment is predicted. If number of lymphocytes is 1.2-2.3×109/l, normal formation of bone block is predicted. Application of method makes it possible to make pre-operation prediction of delayed formation of bone block in case of spine osteosynthesis with device of external fixation with minimal trauma to patient.
EFFECT: method ensures high rate of result obtaining and increased accuracy of prediction.
