SUBSTANCE: device has metal body, T-shaped central electrode and lateral leaflet electrodes. The T-shaped central electrode is embedded into insulator and notches are made on its end faces with sharp edges. The lateral leaflet electrodes having U-shaped slit which internal side is groove having sharp edges are arranged in front of the T-shaped central electrode.

EFFECT: improved spark production conditions; prolonged service life.
