SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, namely to otorhinolaryngology. Deepithelization of the perforation edges is performed without the use of transplants through transcanal endoscopic access without additional incisions using fiber laser radiation with a power of 1.70-2.50 W under the control of an endoscope, 11 cm and 2.7 mm in diameter 0°.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to reduce the invasiveness of operation, the time of anesthesia, to avoid the use of combined endotracheal anesthesia, to shorten the time of hospitalization, to carry out intervention without additional incisions and without the use of mucoperichondrial implants.
