FIELD: construction materials industry; production of the binding agents.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of the construction materials industry and may be used in construction for manufacture of the products and constructions made out of the heat-resistant concretes. The technical result of the invention is the increased high-temperature strength of the binding agent. The binding agent includes the II-field fly ash produced from burning of the Kansk-Achinsk brown coal at the Heat-and-power station-7 of Bratsk city of Irkutsk oblast and the carbon-bearing liquid glass produced out of the multi- tonnage wastes of the crystalline silicon production process of the Bratsk aluminum works - the microsilicon containing 5-8 mass % of the highly-dispersed of highly-dispersive crystalline impurities in the form of β-SiC with the silica modulus of n=1-2 and density of ρ=1.28-1.33 g/cm3 at the following ratio of the components (in mass %): the indicated carbon-containing liquid glass - 35.48-48.72, the indicated fly ash - 51.28-64.52.2 tab.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased high-temperature strength of the binding agent.
