FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: method includes consolidating the top of a slope by laying the cloth and securing the edges of the cloth to the slope. Before laying, the step is made on the slope and a liquid binder is applied on the step. The bottom edge of the cloth is set on the step to form a chute. The chute is filled with the liquid binder, and then it is covered with sand.
EFFECT: enhanced reliability.
