FIELD: medicine, ophthalmology.
SUBSTANCE: one should perform laser impact onto patient's iris. In the upper segment of angular inlet of anterior chamber at posterior surface of ciliary body strip one should apply the first row of coagulants due to argon-laser radiation. One should develop a fold in area of iris root due to mydriasis. On the crest of iris fold one should apply the second row of coagulants to maintain mydriasis at the background of diuretics till forming iridociliary goniosynechia that deblock posterior ocular chamber by providing improved outflow of chamber moisture. The method enables to perform reconstruction of angular inlet of anterior chamber at improved outflow of intraocular liquid.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
