FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed gas agitator has hub with central hole of preset size for passage of drive shaft; central axis of hole coincides with longitudinal axis of shaft. Agitator has many rounded-off corners and edges. Besides that, agitator is provided with many blades connected to hub; blades extend radially outside from central axis. Each blade has front concave surface and rear convex surface defined by lower edge, upper edge, inner edge and outer edge. Concave surface has such shape that upper edge projects above lower one; projecting part of concave surface of blade lies at angle from about minus 5 deg to plus 30 deg. relative to level. Blades may be connected with hub directly or by means of intermediate connecting part, such as disk or cantilever which is made integral with hub and runs radially from central axis. Hub and blades are coated with continuous layer of glass.
EFFECT: enhanced dispersivity without choking.
