FIELD: performing operations.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for spraying of protective compounds with heating, can be used for application of bitumen coatings on surfaces of working mechanisms of agricultural machines at low temperature of autumn season. Attached unit comprises receiver, attachment device, compressor, support assembly and low-voltage generator driven from tractor power take-off shaft by means of cardan shaft and belt drive, and pressure tank for bitumen primer. Tank is equipped with heating chamber under separating grid, two heating sleeves with low-voltage electric heaters inside, mixer in heating chamber, split shaft for mixer drive, hose with electric heating spiral, air hose, spray gun. To control operation of electric heaters and spiral, an automatic switch and a three-position switch are installed.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of application of protective coating on surfaces of working mechanisms of agricultural machines, reduced consumption of time, energy and fuel for heating and application of coatings from bitumen primer in field conditions, improved conditions of equipment maintenance.
