FIELD: biotechnology, biochemistry, enzymology.
SUBSTANCE: invention proposes a method for stabilization of enzyme amylosubtilin and xylanase using 5-methylresorcinol as a stabilizing agent in the form of an aqueous solution in the concentration 0.05-1.0 mg/ml. Use of 5-methylresorcinol promotes to elevating activity of enzyme by 38-51% at optimal value of temperature for activity of enzyme.
EFFECT: improved method for stabilization and activation.
