SUBSTANCE: method involves in introduction of a modifying additive to a solution containing an enzymatic protein. The modifying additive represents compounds presented by acyl- or alkylphenols having 1 or 3 carbon cycles with alkyl radicals having a carbon chain length C1-C2 or C6. The set direction of activity alteration to stimulation or inhibition is prescribed by providing the optimum concentration of the selected modifying additive in the enzymatic protein solution.

EFFECT: invention allows both increasing, and decreasing catalysis rate and catalytic transformation level, and promotes an extended spectrum of the substrata used by enzymes.
