SUBSTANCE: complex enzyme preparation for hydrolysis of vegetable waste, among them food waste, is prepared by mixing preparations of α-amylase with activity, U/g, 1 000 ± 100, not less; glucoamylase with activity, U/g, 1 000 ± 1000, not less; xylanase with activity, U/g, 10 000 ± 1 000, not less, and cellulase with activity, U/g, 2 000 ± 200, not less. The prepared complex enzyme preparation shows amylolytic activity 250 U/g, not less; glucoamylase activity 500 U/g, not less; xylanase activity 600 U/g, not less, and cellulase activity 300 U/g, not less. This complex enzyme preparation provides carrying out hydrolysis both starchy and non-starchy carbohydrates as components of vegetable wastes.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness, valuable properties of enzyme preparation.
