The strain B. subtilis is cultured on the nutrient medium containing brewery dregs, БВК, 1% KH2PO4,, pH 6.8-7.2, cultivation temperature is 33-37 C, cultivation time is 266-32 hr. Cultural fluid has the following enzymatic activities: 1,3-1,4-β-glucanase, 1,3-1,4-b-glucosidase, b-endoglucanase, 1,4-mannanase, xylanase (total cytolytic activity) 20-30 U/ml a-glucoamylase, neutral, alkaline and acid proteases. EFFECT: isolation of bacterial strain indicated above.
