SUBSTANCE: method involves manufacturing cooling plate from steel; drilling cooling channels in the form of at least two pairs of openings arranged at minimal distance from one another; connecting water supplying and water discharge branch pipes to pair of openings and connecting said openings so as to define single elliptical opening.
EFFECT: improved quality of heat withdrawal.
