FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the foundry. Method comprises charging, in a melting unit, preparation of molding components, molding of the lower half mold with litters and the upper half mold with a slag catcher, combining the lower mold with the upper mold and casting the molten cast iron with a temperature of 1,220–1,340 °C. Upper half-mold is made with press studs. As a molding component, a sandy-clay or cold-hardening mixture is used. When making a mold from a sandy-clay mixture, the molding of the lower half-mold is carried out, followed by drying in a drying chamber and installing a steel coil into it into the lower coaches. When making molds from a cold-hardening mixture containing a liquid glass and a catalyst as a binder, a subsequent aging of 30–60 minutes is carried out.
EFFECT: ensured manufacturing of refrigeration plate with steel tubes filled in for refrigerant movement is provided.
