FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: damper has a ring collar made on the shaft of a body. The outer side of the collar is set in a flexible contact with the friction members mounted for shifting with respect to the shaft. The friction members are made of two ring brushes with flexible bristles.
