FIELD: agricultural engineering.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus has reservoir with outer heat-insulating covering, upper cross-piece, and stirrer fixed on cross-piece, tubular evaporator with suction collector connected to compressor-condenser unit, two flexible delivery and suction hoses. Compressor-condenser unit, receiver, filter, thermally regulating valve, flow divider and tubular evaporator with suction collector are connected in series. Tubular evaporator with flow divider and suction collector is made of immersion type and is placed on reservoir bottom. Cross-piece with stirrer is made detachable. Suction hose connects suction collector with inlet end of compressor-condenser apparatus. Pressure hose connects thermally regulating valve with flow divider.

EFFECT: increased cold production capacity.
