SUBSTANCE: invention relates to stomatology and can be used to restore tooth crown in case of wedge-shaped defects. Around defect contour C-shaped slot is formed at the of distance 0.3 mm from the border of contour of crown vestibular surface, height and width of C-shaped section of the slot being not more than 1-1.5 mm, respectively. Cavity of wedge-shaped defect and C-shaped slot are filled at the level of its lower borderline with microfilled composite material. Contour reinforcing element made of stomatological gilded metal framework is fixed in cavity of C-shaped slot. Macrofilled composite material is applied on the surface of fixed reinforcing framework contour element, which finally restores anatomical form of crown in region of wedge-shaped defect.
EFFECT: enhanced resistance to functional loading, improved cosmetic properties when restoring tooth crown.
