FIELD: medical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method involves producing cavities at least in one of dental root canals. Destroyed dental root walls and dental coronal part walls are restored with macrofilled composite material to gum level and to occlusion surface level with coronal damping cavity being formed. Coronal damping cavity skeleton is produced from gilt metal grid matching cavity surface shape. The coronal damping carcass is fixed in addition on root by means of adhesive reinforcing wire pin having apical end manufactured from folded 0,6 mm thick wires. Carcass cavity is filled to gum level with glass ionomer cement, and with macrofilled composite material from gum level to tubercles level. The tubercles are restored using macrofilled composite material.
EFFECT: excluded pin shaking in root canal; high stability and service life of repaired teeth.
